Lebanon: Dangerous plot by terrorist network thwarted

On Wednesday, the Information Division of the Lebanese Ministry of Interior thwarted a dangerous plot by a terrorist network in Lebanon.
The Lebanese Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Basem Mawlawi, said in a press conference: The Information Division thwarted a terrorist plot by a Takfiri network that was planning to detonate explosive vests and carry out indulgence operations targeting 3 sites of civilian gatherings.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Interior and Municipalities congratulated the security forces on the great achievement and the qualitative proactive work to thwart the plans of the terrorist networks.
