House of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi commemorates Laylat al-Qadr, martyrdom of Imam Ali
The honourable house of Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi in Holy Qom hosted the commemoration of Laylat al-Qadr and the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), attended by the Grand Marja alongside religious figures, scholars, and followers of Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them).
The ceremonies, held in an atmosphere of solemn spirituality, featured lectures on Imam Ali’s lofty biography, his role in promoting justice and monotheism, and the tragic event of his martyrdom in the Kufa Mosque.
Special Laylat al-Qadr rituals were performed, with attendees raising their hands in prayer, asking for the reappearance of Imam Mahdi and relief for the oppressed.
The commemorations continue for several nights, beginning at 10:30 PM, drawing a large number of believers to the Shirazi Marja’iyya in Holy Qom.
