Global “Imam Hussein for All” Campaign Hosts Fatimiyya Commemoration in Yangon

The global campaign “Imam Hussein for All” organized a mourning ceremony honoring Sayyida Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her) at the Panja Mosque in Yangon, Myanmar.
The event drew a large number of women who gathered to commemorate the legacy and martyrdom of Sayyida Fatimah (peace be upon her) and to reflect on her place in Islamic tradition.The program featured recitation of verses from the Qur’an, a lecture on the life and character of Sayyida Fatimah (peace be upon her) and her role in supporting the message of Islam, as well as elegies, traditional lamentations, and prayers.
According to organizers, the Panja Mosque hosts Fatimiyya programs annually for 21 consecutive days, offering religious and cultural activities intended to strengthen the community’s spiritual connection to Sayyida Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her).
