Chicago-based IHS organizes its 29th Annual Imam As-Sadiq – Islam and Science Fair

The Islamic Husseini School (IHS) in Chicago, Illinois, hosted its 29th Annual Imam As-Sadiq – Islam and Science Fair, an event dedicated to promoting religious education and programs for the Ithna Asheri community under the teachings of AhlulBayet, peace be upon them.

Held on April 27, the fair featured presentations by the school’s students on a wide range of Islamic topics. At the conclusion of the event, organizers distributed prizes to the participants in recognition of their efforts and achievements.

The IHS operates through three departments: the Imam Jafar As-Sadiq Department of Theology, the Imam Zain-Ul-Abideen Department of Quranic Studies, and the Lady Fatima Zahra Department of Language.

Founded in 1993 to serve the Shia community, the school functions under the guidance of Moulana Saiyed Mehboob Mehdi Abidi Al-Najafi and the leadership of Moulana Sheikh Mohammad Javad Saadatmand.
