The average mean temperature in Kashmir has increased in the last 28 years due to climate change, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Atal Dulloo said on Friday.
The Who is Hussain team in Kashmir, in collaboration with Jammu & Kashmir Society for Trekking and Environmental Preservation, went to a climb to raise awareness about climate change and importance of preserving the environment.
The team had a good exchange of thoughts about climate emergency with other trekkers marking the day.
