Karbala Provincial Council Chairman commends Imam Hussein Media Group’s efforts

The Chairman of the Karbala Provincial Council, Dr. Qasim Ali Al-Yasari, visited the headquarters of the Imam Hussein Media Group, where he was received by the General Supervisor, Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Sheikh Mustafa Al-Mohammadi.

During the visit, the two officials discussed the group’s efforts in promoting the teachings of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, and fostering Islamic and humanitarian values. Sheikh Al-Mohammadi highlighted the group’s ongoing initiatives, including the “Karbala Vision 2030” project, aimed at accommodating 50 million pilgrims during Holy Arbaeen.

Dr. Al-Yasari praised the group’s professionalism and its role in showcasing Holy Karbala as a global center for spirituality and peace, expressing his support for media projects that celebrate Hussaini rituals and promote the principles of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, in innovative ways.

The meeting also covered plans to enhance coordination for serving pilgrims and organizing the Arbaeen Pilgrimage, emphasizing collaboration between media institutions and official bodies to achieve shared goals.
