Approximately 1,300 Syrians Return Home from Germany
DAMASCUS, SYRIA — Since the fall of the Bashar al-Assad regime, approximately 1,300 Syrian citizens who had sought refuge in Germany and other European countries have returned to their homeland. According to a report by Deutsche Welle, the majority of these individuals have returned to secure areas in northern and central Syria.
The returnees include families and individuals who were displaced during the war and are now hoping to resume their normal lives. While this trend signals an effort to rebuild and revitalize war-torn areas, concerns about security and public services persist in some regions.
