According to the Ottawa Police Service and news outlets like CTV News and CBC News, an investigation is underway into a hate-motivated assault on a Muslim woman on an OC Transpo bus in Kanata, Ottawa, Iqna.ir revealed. The incident, which took place on a Monday afternoon, involved a man who allegedly used Islamophobic slurs and physically assaulted the woman.
