Daily scientific session of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in holy city of Qom

The Supreme Religious Authority said that the right to legislate and the right to rule belongs to Almighty God and the Fourteen Infallibles, peace be upon them. Therefore, the laws enacted by the governments are not legitimate if they are not taken from the Quran and the household of the Prophet (peace be upon them).
