Al-AbbasHoly Shrine opens the third edition of Qamar Cultural Forum

The Qamar Cultural Forum is an intellectual cultural forum that targets many social groups, and aims to confront the religious, cultural and social challenges using modern scientific methods and mechanisms away from intolerance and convulsion that lead to negative consequences that cause harm to society.

 

 

The Qamar Cultural Forum is an intellectual cultural forum that targets many social groups, and aims to confront the religious, cultural and social challenges using modern scientific methods and mechanisms away from intolerance and convulsion that lead to negative consequences that cause harm to society.

Due to the success of this forum, which is held and supervised by the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at al-Abbas Holy Shrine, especially in its previous edition, which included the provinces of DhiQar and Babylon, a third edition was held with the participation of 130 university students and teaching bodies from the provinces of Maysan and Muthanna.

An integrated program was prepared to help the participants to meet and confront the current religious, cultural and social challenges.

Mr. Ali al-Badri, one of the supervisors of this forum explained to al-Kafeel Network: “The forum includes a variety of ideological and cultural lectures in addition to workshops in psychological engineering and the preparation of leaders, in addition to qualitative lectures in disinformation media to review the ways of media organizations to mislead public opinion and deceive peoples. These lectures are presented by professors and lecturers qualified from the highest levels of the technical and specialized cadres in the holy shrine.”

It is noteworthy that this forum lasts for ten days. The participation in the forum is optional after filling a specific form to show the objectives and purpose of this forum. The al-Abbas Holy Shrine has ensured in addition to the preparation of the program of the lecturers, the means of transportation, accommodation, feeding, etc.
