An Iraqi joint security force destroyed an ISIS terrorist hideout in a security operation east of Samarra on Monday. 

An Iraqi joint security force destroyed an ISIS terrorist hideout in a security operation east of Samarra on Monday. 

“A joint force of the 7th Brigade, River Police, the 313th Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Units and the Federal Police carried out a security operation in the name of the retaliation of martyr Major General Ali al-Lami on the islands of Umm al-Fahm east of Samarra,” the PMU said in a statement.

It added, “The operation resulted in the destruction of a hideout in the middle of the island of Umm al-Fahm containing food, a rubber boat and medical materials belonging to ISIS.”
