On the International Women’s Day, Sayyida Zainab’s shrewdness, courage and role in Karbala Battle

On the International Women’s Day, marked on the 8th of March, the Karbala Center for Studies and Research, affiliated to Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, published an article recalling courage and steadfastness of Sayyeda Zainab, peace be upon her.

The article, received by Shia Waves Agency, said that, “Sayyeda Zainab, peace be upon her, was a great woman. She went through difficult experiences in her blessed life, would no one could withstand other than her.”

The article added, “She had enjoyed high level of faith and certainty which alleviated her rank to that of Allah’s Vicegerents. She is the pure seed that inherited her mother’s courage and her father’s eloquence.”
