Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation’s next project: 2030 Vision of Holy Karbala… 50 million pilgrims on Arbaeen

The Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation for Relief and Development, which is affiliated with the Office of the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq Al-Husseini Al-Shirazi, held its regular weekly meeting headed by the Foundation’s Chairman, His Eminence Sheikh Mustafa al-Muhammadi, and in the presence of department officials.

After the department officials gave a quick explanation of the activities of their departments during the last period, the Foundation’s next project was put up for discussion, “2030 Vision of Holy Karbala… 50 million pilgrims on Arbaeen”, which aims to collect accurate information related to the Arbaeen Pilgrims and what should be prepared for in the coming year, especially after the significant increase in the number of pilgrims during the massive pilgrimage.

 This came after a directive from the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq Al-Husseini Al-Shirazi, who stressed that serving pilgrims and performing rituals is a duty for everyone. In light of his future vision, it is expected that the number of pilgrims in 2030 will reach 50 million.

Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation launched its project, “2030 Vision of Holy Karbala… 50 million pilgrims on Arbaeen”, and the concerned departments of the Foundation will begin to develop a quick action plan due to the importance of the project and its lofty goal.
