Mission of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi prepares for upcoming Arbaeen Pilgrimage

The Mission of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence, the Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi in the holy city of Karbala, prepares to provide its activities on the Arbaeen Pilgrimage.

The Mission, in a statement received by Shia Waves News Agency, said that it holds annually various religious and cultural activities on the Arbaeen Pilgrimage.

It also receives a group of scholars, dignitaries, and representatives of the religious authorities, as well as religious, cultural and social figures, and groups of believers and pilgrims of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, and establishes congregational obligatory prayer.

It is worth mentioning that the Mission also distributes books, religious and cultural publications, and sets up Husseini mourning ceremonies, in addition to answering various types of legal and doctrinal questions for pilgrims.
