The Muslim League in Britain criticized the Conservative Party, and said that “Islamophobia” had begun to infiltrate it, after reports of the removal of a Muslim minister in 2020, because of her religion.
“Islamophobia has leaked into the Conservative Party’s DNA, meaning it is reproducing itself without thinking, and denying this party phobia is a test of loyalty for Conservative Muslims,” the association said.
It stressed the need for the Human Rights Committee to start an investigation into what happened with Minister Nusrat Ghani.
Ghani had accused the Conservative Party of sacking her from the British Ministry of Transport, because of her religion.
