Three police officers wounded in explosion northeast of Baqubah

A government official in Diyala said that three police officers were wounded when an explosive device exploded in the Kubba area, northeast of Baqubah.
“An explosive device exploded on an agricultural road near the Kubba area, on a police patrol, resulting in the wounding of three of its officers,” said Shaker al-Temimi, in a press statement followed by Shiawaves.
“The security forces imposed a tight cordon and started combing operations at the site of the accident,” Temimi added.
