Tasu’a and Ashura Ceremonies Held at Grand Ayatollah Shirazi World Center in Canada

The ceremonies of the nights of Tasu’a and Ashura were held with a large turnout of devotees of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, at the Grand Ayatollah Shirazi World Center and the Iranian Islamic Center in Montreal, Canada.

According to Shia News Agency, the spiritual gathering began with a recitation of the Holy Quran by Ustad Rezaei, followed by the recitation of Ziyarat Ashura and congregational prayers.

During the programs, Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Sheikh Saleh Sibawayh and Hujjat al-Islam Sayyid Musa Fali delivered speeches, explained the dimensions of the uprising of Karbala, and recited mourning passages.

The ceremonies concluded with elegy recitation by Ahlulbayt servant Mirza Ahmad Sibawayh and the serving of food to Husseini mourners.
