The “Imam Hussain for All” campaign has inaugurated a new water well in Kawabangasi city, Uganda, aimed at supporting and improving the living conditions of the local Shia community.
The well, dedicated in the name of Hazrat Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), was drilled to provide clean and safe drinking water to residents of the area, many of whom have long struggled with water scarcity and limited access to potable water.
This project is part of the campaign’s ongoing humanitarian initiatives across Africa, which seek to provide essential aid and services to Shia communities worldwide, enhancing their quality of life and strengthening social welfare.
In addition to this initiative, the campaign is also constructing the Imam al-Mahdi (peace be upon him) School in Kawabangasi. The school aims to serve as an educational and cultural center for the Shia children of the region, offering a safe and supportive environment for their learning and personal development.
These efforts reflect the campaign’s continued commitment to addressing the needs of Shia Muslims around the world through relief, development, and educational projects that contribute to the betterment and resilience of local communities.
