At least four civilians were killed and two others were injured following an armed robbery targeting an exchange office and a car rental agency in the Deir Atiyeh area of the Rif Dimashq (Damascus Countryside) province.

According to reports viewed by Shia Waves Agency, the assailants targeted the two businesses simultaneously in the violent incident.

The increase in violent crimes in recent years has become a direct consequence of Syria’s prolonged conflict, widespread poverty, and economic collapse. This surge in violence continues to place civilian lives at ever-greater risk.
