Pakistan: Separate gas explosions leave 2 killed, nine injured

Two children were tragically burned alive, and nine others sustained injuries in Rawalpindi due to separate gas cylinder explosions, Dawn online newspaper reported.
In the first incident at Bhabra Bazar, a gas leak explosion occurred when a matchstick was lit to turn on a gas stove, resulting in the death of seven-month-old Arham and three-year-old Ayat. Their mother, Ms. Reema, suffered severe burns and was hospitalized.
In the second incident on Tipu Road, five individuals were injured in a similar fire caused by a gas leak explosion. Additionally, three people were injured in another incident at a house near Girja Road.
