Baghdad Operations Command foil terrorist plot to flood Baghdad

The commander of Baghdad Operations Command announced the foiling a terrorist plot to flood the Iraqi capital of Baghdad. 

He said in a press conference held today that the ninth Armored Division troops and federal police forces, backed by the army aviation, were able to foil a terrorist plot to flood the city of Baghdad, by opening large outlets to Samarra Dam.
