Imam Ali Holy Shrine displays rare manuscript of the Holy Quran handwritten by the Commander of the Faithful
Imam Ali Holy Shrine inaugurated the Exhibition of Precious Manuscripts and Documents at the Imran bin Shaheen Mosque, within the activities of the eighth annual Ghadeer Festival.

Head of the Media Department, Faeq Abdul-Hussein al-Shammari, said, “Some of the exhibited items were displayed for the first time to the public, including the manuscript of the Holy Quran dating back to more than 14 centuries and handwritten by Imam Ali.”
Al-Shammari added that one of the projects planned to be completed soon is the Imam Ali Holy Shrine Museum, which will be located in the courtyard of Fatima and will display all the precious manuscripts, documents and relics of the Holy Shrine.
