More than 32 academic research papers to be discussed in Rabi’al-Risala International Festival

A member of the preparatory committee of the 9th edition of the Rabi’ al-Risala International Festival announced that more than 32 academic research papers from various Iraqi universities will be discussed in the festival which will commence in the holy city of Karbala on Wednesday.

A member of the preparatory committee of the 9th edition of the Rabi’ al-Risala International Festival announced that more than 32 academic research papers from various Iraqi universities will be discussed in the festival which will commence in the holy city of Karbala on Wednesday.

 The General Secretariats of the holy shrines of Imam Hussein and al-Abbas, peace be upon them will jointly organize the event.

He added that the festival will feature research papers on the life and character of the Holy Prophet of Islam, peace be upon him and his progeny, and they will be evaluated by the University of Wasit.

He noted that Quranic circles, books fairs, poetry reading sessions and calligraphy exhibitions will be among other programs of the festival.
