At least 15 people martyred or injured in explosion in Syrian Capital, Damascus
At least 15 people have been martyred and injured in an explosion in the Syrian capital, Damascus.
According to local sources in Syria, the explosion occured today Thursday in the Sayyeda Zainab Neighborhood in Damascus.
News outlets reported that the explosion was carried out in a bomb that was placed in a vehicle near Sayedatul-Sham Hotel in the Sayyeda Zainab neighborhood.
This is the second explosion in this week, as two people were injured on Tuesday when a motorcycle exploded near a bus in Al-Rawda Roundabout in Sayyeda Zainab Neighborhood.
It should be mentioned that such terrorist activities come as millions of Shia followers of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, around the world are commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.
