Food packaging plastic particles enter your brain

Research shows that microplastics reside in our bloodstream after entering our body through daily consumption of packaged food such as milk.

The presence of micro-and nano-plastic particles (MNPs) in our body is dangerous for obvious reasons, as these foreign particles can find their way to distant places in our body and penetrate living cells.

Researchers from the Vienna University of Medical Sciences stated in their recent study that plastic used in food packaging is found in people’s brains two hours after consumption.
