Secretary-General of Imam Hussein Media Group receives delegation of Supreme Religious Authority in Basra

The Secretary-General of Imam Hussein Media Group, Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen, Sheikh Mustafa al-Muhammadi, received a delegation from the office of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husayni al-Shirazi, in the Iraqi city of Basra.

In a statement received by Shia Waves Agency, the Media Group said that Sheikh Al-Muhammadi, “welcomed this blessed visit, and considered it supportive to the Group in achieving its noble media goals in spreading the sciences and teachings of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and to introducing the activities and achievements of the Shias around the world.”

The statement added that “On the visiting delegation were the director of the office of the Shirazi Authority, Hujjat al-Islam, Sheikh Nizar al-Hassan, and a number of members of the office, who praised the media efforts made by the Group to deliver the disseminate the Husseini message.”

It continued, “His Eminence Sheikh Al-Muhammadi discussed with his honorable guests media activities carried out by the Imam Hussein Media Group and strategies that contribute to achieving the broader vision of the Group in delivering its voice and message to its viewers around the world.”
