Reuters publishes a video report on “Turbah” of Holy Karbala
Reuters, the international news network, published a video report on the prayer Turbah is made in the holy city of Karbala, which is one of the most prominent handicrafts in this city throughout its blessed history.
The network said in its report, “The clay tablets called (Turbah), which Shias use for paryer, blessings, and healing all over the world, have been entirely manufactured in the city of Karbala for many generations.”
The global network indicated that “these (Turbahs) often include inscriptions and phrases glorifying the noble grandson of the Prophet, Imam Hussein bin Ali, peace be upon them.
Millions of people from all over the world flock annually to the holy city of Karbala, with the aim of performing the ceremonies of visiting his honorable shrine.”
