The Baghdad-based Ahlulbayt Center for Islamic Thought held an intellectual symposium under the title “Youth, the Forefront of Society”, in the presence of a group of youth.
The Baghdad-based Ahlulbayt Center for Islamic Thought held an intellectual symposium under the title “Youth, the Forefront of Society”, in the presence of a group of youth.
The director of the center, Professor Ali Al-Saray, said that the symposium dealt with a number of issues that concern young people, the most important of which are the adherence to Ahlulbayt, peace and blessings be upon them, the words and recommendations of the Supreme Religious Authority represented by His Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Al-Husseini Al-Shirazi, and the role of youth and in the practice of Islamic work, especially in the cultural and intellectual aspects, which bear legal, social and humanitarian responsibility.
For his part, a member of the center, Sheikh Salah Al-Lami, spoke about the doctrinal side and some of the misconceptions practiced by a section of the youth, stressing the importance of these sessions and dialogue and intellectual symposium through the center.
The Ahlulbayt Center for Islamic Thought is affiliated with the Shirazi Religious Authority.
