Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi emphasized the scholarly and doctrinal importance of the sermon of Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her), describing it as a comprehensive source that encompasses key aspects of Islamic beliefs, rulings, and teachings.

In a statement, Grand Ayatollah al-Shirazi said that the sermon contains “a comprehensive summary of the fundamentals of faith, legal rulings, the philosophy of Islamic legislation, and a concise overview of Islamic teachings.”

He stressed the importance of preserving, studying, and spreading the Fatimid heritage, noting its rich content related to religious foundations, Islamic jurisprudence, ethical values, and social principles.

Grand Ayatollah Shirazi has repeatedly called for reviving Fatimid culture, introducing the life, positions, and teachings of Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her), and ensuring that this heritage reaches new generations and different communities.

The sermon of Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her) holds a prominent place in Shi’a and Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) heritage for its theological, legal, and educational themes, including discussions of faith, religious duties, and the wisdom behind Islamic legislation.
