Imam Redha Holy Shrine inaugurates new rest area for pilgrims on the Iranian-Pakistani border
The Holy Shrine of Imam Redha, peace be upon him, inaugurated a new rest area for pilgrims at the Mirjawa border region with Pakistan, southeast of Iran, with the aim of providing services to the pilgrims of Imam Redha, peace be upon him, as well as the pilgrims of the Master of Martyrs, Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, during Arbaeen.
The Mirjawa Rest Area was inaugurated in a ceremony attended by religious and official figures and under the patronage and supervision of the Imam Redha Holy Shrine.
The complex is built on an area of 60,000 square meters, and similar to the 22 other complexes built by the Holy Shrine in different regions in Iran, this one has been equipped with high specifications that enable it to provide the best services to the blessed pilgrims.
Large numbers of pilgrims heading to the holy city of Karbala to commemorate the Arbaeen pass through the Mirjawa region from Pakistan, and others go to visit the Holy Shrine of Imam Redha, peace be upon him, in the holy city of Mashhad.
