The Saudi authorities acknowledge arresting an engineer days after he was kidnapped in Qatif

Press sources confirmed the news of the Saudi authorities’ arrest of the engineer, Muhammad Hani Al-Qatari, four days after his disappearance from his home.
In the context of the regime’s continuous targeting of Qatif, members of the Presidency of State Security, whose work is supervised by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, stormed a house in the west of the Al-Jumaymah neighborhood in the center of the town of Awamiya, during the early hours of the morning, without knowing the reasons for the storming.
These violations are part of the regime’s plan to target the people of Qatif, against the backdrop of the peaceful movement that they began in 2011, calling for reforms in the government system and an end to sectarian discrimination.
