Pilgrims of Arbaeen walking towards Holy Karbala are served a variety of food in tents from around the world.
The Department of Husseini Processions and Rituals in Iraq, affiliated to the General Secretariats of the holy shrines of Imam Hussein and al-Abbas, peace be upon them, said that a great number of tents are partaking in serving pilgrims from various Iraqi provinces.
The department’s statistics reveal there are 27 tents from Iran, 13 from Saudi Arabia, 11 from Lebanon, six from Kuwait, four from Pakistan, six from Bahrain and Turkey, and several others representing Shias of the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, Canada, Belgium, Syria, Oman, India, and Yemen.
