Arab community in Glasgow continues to assist Lebanese affected by Israeli war

Amid the ongoing Israeli attacks on Lebanon and its people, the Arab community in Glasgow has continued to provide humanitarian aid to the people affected by this war.

Organizers of humanitarian campaigns told Shia Waves Agency that the assistance includes food, medical supplies, and other essential items, along with specialized vehicles for the injured, the elderly, and children.

Basic necessities for displaced people in shelters were also provided in an attempt to alleviate their suffering amidst the current crisis.

They emphasized that these initiatives aim to provide immediate support to those affected, expressing hope that these efforts will help ease the humanitarian crisis the Lebanese people are enduring.

They also called on the international community to assume its responsibilities in protecting civilians and halting the attacks that exacerbate the suffering of innocent people.
