————————————-
A new Quranic school has been inaugurated in the Myrza-Ake area of Uzgen city in Kyrgyzstan’s Osh Region, aiming to expand access to Quranic education and religious studies for local communities.
According to IQNA, the school was established by the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) and is expected to serve approximately 3,800 residents from Myrza-Ake and surrounding areas.
The newly opened institution will provide an educational environment focused on memorizing the Holy Quran, studying its sciences, and meeting the religious education needs of local residents. Organizers said the school also aims to promote Islamic values among younger generations.
Local residents welcomed the opening, expressing appreciation for the initiative and describing the school as an important educational center that could have a positive impact on children’s learning and personal development.
Kyrgyzstan, a Central Asian country with a predominantly Muslim population, has seen continued interest in Quranic education programs, with mosques and religious institutions regularly organizing Quran study courses and educational activities.
