An Indian TV channel commemorates anniversary of Indian king buried in holy Karbala

The Indian television channel, News 9 Live, published a detailed article, in which it commemorated the death of one of the kings of its country during the period of the empire of the “Nawab” loyal to the pure Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.

The newspaper in its article said, “the king (Sayed Hamid Ali Khan Bahadur), belonging to the (Nawab) dynasty and descended from the princely state (Rampur), was born on August 13, 1875 AD, while he assumed the throne at the age of 13 and remained at the head of the authority of this state for the period From 1889 until his death in 1930.

The article described this king as “he was known for establishing many educational institutes and colleges across India including (Aligarh) Islamic University and (Lucknow) Medical College”.

At the conclusion of the article, the Indian television channel indicated that “Mr. Hamid Ali Khan Bahadur, had died at the age of 41 on June 20, 1930 AD, and was buried in the holy city of Karbala in Iraq, while his son (Sayed Rida Ali Khan Bahadur) succeeded him in ruling.
