Shirazi-affiliated charities and centres launch humanitarian campaigns to assist Lebanese

Charities and organizations affiliated with the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, have launched a new relief campaign to support displaced individuals in Lebanon, following a call from his Eminence to support the affected families.

Several humanitarian centers connected to the esteemed Shirazi Authority, in collaboration with other global institutions, have started gathering and sending humanitarian aid to Lebanon. Among the prominent organizations involved is the Risali Charity Association in Beirut, which recently prepared and distributed food baskets to families displaced from southern Lebanon to the capital.

These efforts were coordinated with the Imam Hussein Charity, as hundreds of displaced families in the Haret Saida area of Beirut benefited from this aid.

It is also worth noting that Grand Ayatollah Shirazi has authorized the use of religious funds from the Imam’s share of Khums to support those affected by the Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon, emphasizing the importance of collective efforts to assist the devastated Lebanese families.
