Residents of remote villages in Madagascar adopt path of Ahlulbayt through Grand Ayatollah Shirazi’s office
As part of celebrating the blessed birth anniversary of Sayyeda Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her), the office of Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi in Mahajanga, Madagascar, organized religious activities aimed at spreading the teachings of Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them) in the region.
Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Muhammad Reza Wasram, director of the Shirazi Religious Authority Office in Mahajanga, explained that a group of preachers from the office was dispatched to remote villages in the Namakia area of Ambitsopitsoke to introduce the locals to the teachings of Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them).
Sheikh Wasram noted that the residents of this region were initially religiously marginalized and unaffiliated with any specific faith, adding that the efforts of the preachers led to their enlightenment by the teachings of Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them), with many expressing their adoption of these teachings.
These efforts are part of the broader celebrations of the birth anniversary of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her), an occasion that serves as an important opportunity to promote religious and cultural awareness in remote communities.
