Grand Ayatollah Shirazi lauds unremitting efforts hounorable Hawzas make to serve faith

The Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, met at his honourable residence in Holy Qom
Hajj Sheikh Murtadha al-Harandi, a prominent scholar in the holy city.

During the meeting, Grand Ayatollah Shirazi praised the efforts of the scientific seminaries (Hawzas) in preparing distinguished scholars, who will later take responsibility of disseminating the teachings and knowledge of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.

According to the official website of the Grand Marja, his Eminence had reviewed the report presented by Sheikh al-Harandi on the religious and cultural activities organized by him in the field of dawa, revival of sacred rituals, and humanitarian programs.

The website also quoted Sheikh al-Harandi confirming “the importance of this visit to receive important recommendations from His Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, and his wise guidance, and to come out with a great positive balance that can be utilized in carrying out various programs and activities.”
