US-based Husaynia Society sees active participation by Shia communities in its Ramadan programs

The Husaynia Society in Seattle, USA, has confirmed the significant interaction of the Shia communities in the city to participate in programs dedicated to the holy month of Ramadan and commemorating the great events of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.

The Shia centre said in a statement on its official website, obtained by Shia Waves Agency, that: “The programs dedicated to commemorating the rituals of the holy month of Ramadan saw active participation from Shia communities.”

The Husaynia Society added that its Ramadan programs, in addition to commemorating religious rituals, include hosting an iftar meal for participants, where everyone sits together to break their fast, which is considered a beautiful part of the spiritual journey in this blessed month.
