Grand Ayatollah Shirazi recommends youths to assume full responsibility towards Husseini rituals
The Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, has reiterated his calls to the youths to be committed to establishing the holy rituals of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, and the mourning processions as they represent the rope of salvation.
His Eminence has repeatedly encouraged the young followers of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, “to assume their responsibility towards serving their society and religion by all means available,” emphasizing that, “The youths have the biggest responsibility for disseminating the positive manifestations that reflect the true image of the Muhammadan Islam.”
The Grand Ayatollah Shirazi stressed that, “Clerics, religious Husseini orators, parents, universities and other institutions should encourage the young men towards establishing the Husseini processions as they are the rope that guards them against deviation and ignorance.”
In previous statements, the Grand Ayatollah Shirazi reaffirmed the importance of constructing husseiniyas for women to convey the rituals of the Master of Martyrs, peace be upon him, to the world.
