Vietnam determined to promote its halal industry

Vietnam has a comprehensive plan to develop its halal industry until 2030.

“With proper cooperation between Muslim-majority countries, the halal industry will become an important and prosperous area of cooperation.”

Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan said in an interview about the implementation of the plan to increase international cooperation for the development of Vietnam’s halal industry until 2030.

Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs consulted with other ministries and departments, as well as with domestic and international experts and businesses to prepare this comprehensive plan, which was approved by the Prime Minister on February 14.
