Secretary-General of Imam Hussein Media Group attends charity bazaar in holy Karbala
The Secretary-General of Imam Hussein Media Group, Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Sheikh Mustafa al-Muhammadi has attended a charity bazaar that was held in Bayen al-Haramain in Holy of Karbala.
His Eminence, accompanied by the Group’s director, Sayyed Rauof Saeed, expressed his admiration for the hand-made work a number of widowed women displayed at the charity bazaar as an attempt to make a decent living.
Al-Muhammadi said in a statement to Shia Waves Agency: “It is very important that widows, as well as orphaned children, take the task of making a decent source of living’, adding that, “Charitable organizations in Holy Karbala have never reduced their support and care for the poor and needy families, yet we encourage these families to work themselves and earn their living with their own.”
For his part, the director of Noor Al-Hassan Charitable Foundation organizing the bazaar, Mr. Issa Al-Hasani, welcomed the visit of Sheikh Al-Mohammadi and his accompanying delegation.
