Canadian ambassador to Iraq visits Imam Hussein Holy Shrine

Yesterday, Wednesday, the Canadian Ambassador to Iraq Mr. Gregory Galligan had the honor of visiting the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, peace be upon him.

The ambassador toured its museum and said, “A special day in Karbala to observe the Arbaeen and the holy shrine of Imam Hussein.”

Mr. Galligan added, ” I am very grateful to have had this opportunity – to visit the shrine, experience the pilgrimage, and witness ideals of charity, community, and devotion being shared among believers.”

It is worth mentioning that ambassadors and distinguished figures often visit Imam Hussein Holy Shrine.
