From the Sea to the Sacrifice: Launch of the 40th Arbaeen March Festival from the farthest point in southern Iraq

Today, the activities of the Arbaeen March Festival were launched under the slogan “From the Sea to the Sacrifice”, in the Ras Al-Bishah area, south of Basra Province.

The festival was held at the last point in the far south of Iraq in the Ras Al-Bishah area of ​​Al-Faw district, and was attended by hundreds of believers and pilgrims heading towards the Holy Shrine of the Master of Martyrs, Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, in the holy city of Karbala.

The festival is an official announcement of the launch of the Arbaeen march on foot towards the holy city of Karbala from various Iraqi provinces and cities.
