Policeman killed by an ISIS sniper fire in Diyala

Security leader Ahmad al-Shammari confirmed that a policeman was killed by a sniper fire affiliated with ISIS organization, northeast of Diyala.
Al-Shammari said in a statement, that a policeman was killed by an ISIS sniper fire while he was at a station near Abu Khanazir in the eastern outskirts of Abu Saida district (25 km northeast of Baquba).
Al-Shammari added that the joint security services began a combing operation of the neighboring orchards to track down ISIS terrorist cells.
The security forces are exposed from time to time to targeting and sniping by terrorist groups present in agricultural villages near Abu Saida, which leads to casualties as a result.
