The French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo is publishing an insulting cartoon of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his progeny, on the cover of its first issue since the recent attack which resulted in the killing of 12 people at its offices.

The newspaper Liberation has hosted Charlie Hebdo staff as they prepared the new issue and is handling its special 3 million-copy print run in 16 languages to cover its financial problems.
