Thousands of pilgrims flocked to the sacred shrine of Sayyida Fatima al-Masumeh (peace be upon her) in Qom on Saturday evening to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Reza (peace be upon him).

According to Shia Waves Persian, the ceremony was marked by the mass participation of worshippers, who observed traditional mourning rituals that imbued the shrine with a deeply spiritual atmosphere. The event drew wide media coverage, with reports and images highlighting the profound devotion of the faithful.

Mourners expressed their grief and reverence through noha recitations, the chanting of elegies, recitation of ziyarah, and the performance of prayers in memory of Imam Reza (peace be upon him), known among Shia Muslims as Imam al-Raouf (the Compassionate Imam).
