Iraq Grants Free Entry Visas to Lebanese Pilgrims for Arbaeen

Iraq’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced a new decision to grant free entry visas to Lebanese pilgrims visiting for the Arbaeen pilgrimage, the ministry’s spokesperson Ahmed Al-Sahaf said Tuesday.
Visas will be issued free of charge through the Iraqi embassy in Beirut to facilitate participation. The exemption also extends to pilgrims from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Yemen, and India, with visas available via Iraqi diplomatic missions in respective countries.
Applicants must be registered with Iraqi tourism companies. A special religious travel visa sticker will be used to organize the pilgrimage and ensure smooth entry for visitors.
