Shia Muslims worldwide commemorate martyrdom anniversary of Sayyeda Fatima Al-Zahraa

Large numbers of Shia mourners from across Iraqi and other countries have gathered at the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, in Holy Najaf to commemorate the painful martyrdom anniversary of Sayyeda Fatima Al-Zahraa, based on the 75-day narration.

Shia Waves correspondent reported that “large crowds of pilgrims assembled at the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, to mark this sorrowful occasion, amid service and security plans.

The holy shrines of Imam Hussein and Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas, peace be upon them, were also covered in black banners ahead of the painful tragedy, as mourners have begun their mourning processions in Holy Karbala.

According to some narrations, the 13th of Jumada al-Awwal marks the martyrdom anniversary of Sayyida Fatima al-Zahra, 75 days after the martyrdom of the Messenger of God, peace be upon him and his family.

It should be mentioned that Shia followers of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, all over the world have begun commemorating the martyrdom of Sayyeda Fatima al-Zahra, peace be upon them, by holding mourning processions and ceremonies.
