Rare manuscripts displayed for the first time in Holy Karbala

Imam Hussein Center for Manuscript Conservation displayed manuscripts that date back to hundreds of years.

The display was during a visit made by an expert delegation from the Iraqi Department of Monuments accompanied by the Italian expert Marko Debeala, specialist in manuscript conservation.

The delegation admired the manuscripts and the means of conserving them followed by the center.

“The center will soon exhibit manuscripts that return to hundreds of years, after the conservation process is complete,” said Munaf Et-Temeemi director of the center.
